Drivers age

Minimum  age 23 years old for all Group of cars.

Drivers licence

For EU citizens ( Also citizens from U.K , Israel, U.S.A , Russia, Australia ) you will need a valid driver’s license from your country of residence and a passport or ID card . For citizens from other countries you will need a International Driving licence (IDP) and your passport or ID card.You must hold your driving license for at least one year.

Payments

In cash or via credit card.

Online Reservations

We have a Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his Car Online.

The customer can pay with Credit Card or Cash on delivery with the delivery of the car.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

– Uusing the Masterpass electronic wallet.

Extending/Cancelling

You may cancel your booking or rental agreement at any time. We strongly suggest all drivers to notify our office at least 5 days ahead of the current rental start/end date, for their intent to cease the agreement, so that we may inform you of any potential surcharges that may be incurred.

Availability:

Ikaria rent car reserves the right to change car model in exceptional cases.

Fuel : Is paid by the renter.

Ferrying the car it is not permitted.

100% insurance against personal damages – at no extra cost . ( Full comprehensive insurance without selfrisk F.D.W). Insurance for the driver and the passengers, according to the international incrance laws. Death and body injuries also of persons not riding in or upon the car.

MATERIAL DAMAGES

Material damages inficted on property which is not stored in or upon the car, are cover by the company.

FIRE & THEFT

100% insurance against fire and theft.

TYRES & CAR WINDOWS

Insurance against damages on all car windows, tyres and lower part of the car are covered by IKAROS RENT A CAR.

NATURAL CAUSES

100% insurance against natural causes.

No hidden costs or extra charges.

No deposit or credit card needed for the rental.

Unlimited mileage.

Baby Seats are Free of Charge.

Immediate replacement of the vehicle in case of breakdown.
